E-Court hearing is a back-end technology and support
service provided for a Court or an Arbitration or Mediation Council and
includes provision of an E Court hall with digital signature gateway,
CEAC certified text and Video transcript of the session.
E-Filing of petitions include secured digital signature
log in, declaration in front of the registrar and submission of a
digitally signed petition or CEAC forwarded document.
E-Delivery of petitions include the delivery of
documents from the Court to the
petitioner/respondent/witness/counsel/any other party through a CEAC
forwarded document
